Now that spring is here, it seems that our schedules have gotten busier, and the dinnertime crunch is on. Some days we don't come rolling in the house until 8pm! In order to fill up the bellies quickly so the kids can shower and get to bed at a decent time, I like to keep a recipe list of meals I can whip together in 30 minutes or less. This Chicken with Herbs on Pasta from Golden Blossom Honey is not only quick to toss together, but is filling and bursting with flavor too!
"Did you marinate the chicken?" my husband asked the first time we had this dish. Nope, it was just the perfect blend of herbs that brought the flavor to life!
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups mushrooms, sliced
2/3 cup onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 pound chicken breasts, skinned and boned, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
2 cups fresh tomatoes, chopped
16 ounces fettuccine, cooked according to package directions
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

I know you don't like the food pics Renae! I don't mind them on blogs or in cookbooks when photographed right, but the ones on Instagram and Facebook never look appetizing. I wonder why people feel the need to share those pics. They aren't even pretty lol.
