Yesterday I talked about how we are slowly getting back into a morning routine, and in order to make things go a little smoother, I've been preparing breakfast items ahead of time. Grab & Go has been our motto this week. Sometimes Allison wakes up and insists her belly can't handle solid food, so we do keep a steady supply of breakfast smoothies and shake recipes on hand so she can still get something nutritious in her tummy without setting us back on time. I was recently looking at the drink recipes on Golden Blossom Honey and this Banana-Peanut Shake caught my eye. We always have the simple ingredients on hand, so planning breakfast ahead of time isn't necessary.
Ingredients
1 ripe banana, frozen1 cup milk
