We've been in tailgating mode for a few weeks, but we are approaching the tip of holiday gathering season now. With all of the parties and gatherings that's been going and and for the ones that are about to happen, why not try spicing up the party buffet table with a crowd pleasing dip? If you know me, you know I loves me some cheese. Can you imagine how much my eyes glazed over when I recently came across a Three Cheese Spread over at Golden Blossom Honey? Not one but THREE cheeses all rolled into one dish? That's what I'm talkin' about!
The combinations of 3 different cheeses is enough to make me drool, but add in a kick of spice with the green onions and hit of hot pepper and a sweet twist with the addition of honey, it's like a firecracker going kapow right in your mouth. Yes, that's a good thing! This spread will be the talk of the town at your next gathering!
Ingredients
1/2 cup part-skim ricotta cheese1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
