Back in September I talked about my daughter's quest to raise the most money for her school trip to Washington. The deal was, the top 4 earners would have the honor of hanging a wreath on the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier on Easter Sunday. Mariah ended up raising $1,000 and was the top earner out of all the students. While I may have been disappointed we spent our first Easter without her and my husband, the pride I have for her accomplishment, and the honor of hanging the wreath, way more than makes up for it.
oh FEATHER IN YOUR CAP moment, Theresa! FEATHER IN YOUR CAP. Payday in your heart and don't take this experience lightly. That is such an honor to you, your husband and your daughter.
Awesome!
Oh, I am getting a french manicure for my peds this year for sure. I have always wanted one and this will be the year. With all the money I save on my thrift outfits, I am getting it soon. Yay!
