Wordless Wednesday~ Elf Lunch
My older daughter takes her own lunch to school every day. Our "elf" thought it would be funny to trick her one day and packed her a lunch consisting of an elf's 4 main food groups: candy, candy corn, candy canes, and syrup, along with a note letting her know who the culprit was who packed it. She was highly amused with her special lunch! Don't worry, she does have money on the school lunch account where she was able to buy a real, hot meal that day.

That's hilarious, and awesome too. :)
ReplyDeleteToo funny! This little elf is getting up to no good all over the place. My girls are a tad too old but I wish I'd known about him when they were younger.

ReplyDeleteThat's funny! We don't have the Elf on the Shelf. I've showed it to my husband a few times, and he just thinks it's odd. I think a lot of people do fun things with him! I love it.
ReplyDeleteThat would be great

ReplyDeleteWill Ferrell would be proud
ReplyDeleteThat is too cute! How long has the Elf on a Shelf thing been going on? I remember when I was a kid, seeing Elves that looked like that on little boxes of chocolates, but don't remember the Elf Shelf game thing.
ReplyDeleteI'm not quite sure how long it's been around Anna, but this is our 3rd year doing it. My girls get such a kick out of it!
DeleteWill he pack my lunch too? I love candy corn and there is none in New Zealand. I wonder if I would still like it, it's been so long.
ReplyDeleteYou are the best mom....I mean elf!! Sometimes the kids and I would eat our dessert first. Ah good times.
ReplyDeleteI see nothing wrong with eating dessert first Karen ;)

I've never had an elf on a shelf. Just never was a family tradition.

I've always thought the Elf on the Shelf is a bit creepy. The Elf on the Shelf and clown dolls. The Elf on the Shelf, clown dolls, and Chucky dolls. The Elf on the Shelf, clown dolls, Chucky dolls and American Girl dolls. Creeeeeeepy!
ReplyDeleteWhat!? I love all those things! Your coolness level just went down a notch Steve ;)
