  4. I've always hated when my grandmother's hens pooped on the eggs :) It is interesting that in my country eggs aren't really washed and you often get some poop too when you buy a cartoon :)

    1. PS the lil' boy from the pic needs some vitamins - when you have those white lines and dots on your fingernails it is always a sign of vitamin or mineral deficiency.

  5. better than when the ducks used to chase us when we were little. They might of been geese I think, very evil geese.

  12. This reminds me of growing up in the country when I was a kid. If I had room at my house, I would get some chickens so I could have fresh eggs.

  34. that last photo will be one to treasure. I was raised in Jamaica and we raised chickens. I used to love collecting the eggs. Milking the goats was another story altogether :-)
