Are you not loving this weather we are having lately? I was almost tempted to open up my doors today and let the air flow through. Sadly, we'll probably be going back to the chilly side next week, but this week has been amazing! It was nice not putting on a heavy wool coat every time I left the house, and breaking out the sunglasses had me giddy with the thought of summer right around the corner. Thinking about summer had me craving fruit, so I decided to open all the blinds to let the sunshine in, and whipped up a delicious and refreshing Berry Yogurt Smoothie recipe that I found on Golden Blossom Honey!

Nothing says summertime like a smoothie packed with tasty berries! This is a low-fat drink, and is perfect for breakfast, lunch, or an after workout treat!

Ingredients:

2 cups frozen mixed berries, partially thawed (or frozen fruit of your choice)
1 cup (8-ounce container) plain yogurt
1 cup non-fat or low-fat milk
3 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
dash of cinnamon

    1. I use dairy in my families and substitute almond milk in mine. Me and milk don't mix well very often.
