I've been on a real peanut butter kick lately. Partly because the stores have amazing deals on it this time of year, and partly because it's just so darn good! I made these No Bake Peanut Butter Drops that I found on Golden Blossom Honey earlier this summer, and loved them so much, I've made them several times over for the past few months.
My girls love eating vegan cookie dough, but I think the peanut butter drops are a much healthier treat. Best of all, it's so easy to make, the kids can whip up a batch in no time with little supervision on my part.
Ingredients
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 cup grapenut cereal or granola
1/2 cup raisins or mini chocolate chips
