The kids may be back in school, but that doesn't mean we are ready to give up on summer outings just yet! It's still warm outdoors, and we plan on taking full advantage of the remaining summer days with little day trips here and there. Of course, beach days are our favorite days, but we recently started teaching the girls to kayak and use the stand up paddle board. Many of our adventures will revolve around enjoying the water, and improving on our paddling technique. Being out in the hot sun rowing and paddling sure can take a lot out of a body, so we make sure we have plenty of snacks on hand to refuel and keep our energy up. Snacks that are quick and easy to prepare are high on our list, and Walmart and J.M. Smucker Company have everything we need for fun-filled summer activities and snacking. Walmart is our ultimate SNACKATION destination!
Over the weekend, we went to our local Walmart to grab some snacks for our latest summer day adventure. Allison loves Smucker's Uncrustables, which were easy to spot on a freezer end cap display, and insisted we grab a box of the strawberry flavor. Mariah likes the convenience of Smucker's Squeeze and made sure we had some loaded into our basket.
We browsed around Walmart, scooping up some of our favorite Smucker's products, and by the time we were done, we had enough delicious snacks get get us through our next few SNACKATION outings!

DeleteMy boys love Uncrustables. As soon as I buy them, they devour the whole box.
ReplyDeleteMine too, Robin. We have a hard time keeping them stocked because they are gobbled up almost immediately after buying them!

ReplyDeleteI've gotten lucky at my Wal-Mart. I don't see too many of those scary folks at ours. If I were to go to the south side of town though, I am sure that would change though lol

ReplyDeleteShort of local made jelly and jam, Smucker's is the only brand we buy. I love all the delicious fruit chunks they add to their preserves!

ReplyDeleteWe do a lot of shopping at Walmart. They have almost everything you need. When we go on vacation, we always look for a Walmart. I have been in so many Walmarts in so many different states and cities.
