Ugly Sweaters & Cute Boots = Fabulous Holiday Party Attire #ohsofamous

Have you noticed that ugly sweaters are a hot commodity this year? I'd be lying if I said that my family didn't join in on the craze. We simply can't get enough of them! We've already worn them to a few holiday parties, as well as some holiday events around town, and we get complimented everywhere we go. Now, in order for the ugly sweater to look chic, not geek, you need to dress it up with something cute to balance everything out. Our balance comes in the form of super cute boots that we buy from my favorite footwear retailer, Famous Footwear! The girls couldn't wait to show off their fun and funky holiday look when we were downtown for the holidays last weekend.

Allison chose to pair her Bah Hum Pug sweater with light skinny jeans and Black Report Syreeta Winter Boots. Not only are they adorable, I think the soft black material of the boot and the fuzzy fur fit her personality to a T!

Mariah is more rocker chic, opting to pair her ugly sweater and skinny jeans with Guess Barb Lace Up Boots. They pair well with skinny jeans, and that's so important for teens these days! I like the deep brown leather because they will work with pretty much any color in her wardrobe.
