Like many people, I really enjoy food. I love spending time in my kitchen. Preparing food, cooking, baking, and serving those I love is therapeutic to me. I spend a lot of time reading through cookbooks looking for new recipes, and don't even get me started on how much time I spend on Pinterest pinning delicious eats!
Cooking started out as a hobby for me, a way to pass the time, but over the past few years, it's really become so much more. From sharing a few recipes here and there, to partnerships with food companies, my recipe collection is overflowing these days. That's all good and fun, but when you have a packed binder of recipes you are working with, chances are, you have kitchen cabinets that are even more packed with cookware. As much joy as I get from cooking, that joy seems to get knocked down a peg when I have to rummage through cluttered cabinets looking for a specific pot or pan for my recipe.
I've seen many kitchens in my days, and I know kitchen clutter isn't something that I alone am dealing with. It seems to be the norm in every kitchen I've ever been in. Why do we need so many pots and pans? Wouldn't life be so much simpler if we had a multi-function pan? Guess what, kiddies? I just found out, there IS such a thing and it's called Copper Chef™ Cookware!
With its versatile features and uniquely shaped design, Copper Chef™ gives you an aggravation-free cooking experience. Use it to broil, bake, fry, sauté, steam and braise. It eliminates the need for extra cookware since it is so multi-functional. You'll free up so much kitchen space with this handy dandy pan! The Copper Chef™ works on all stove tops (gas, electric, ceramic, induction), is heat resistant up to 800 degrees F, so it can go from stove to oven to tabletop, and the Cerami-Tech Non-Stick Coating allows for cooking without butter and oil, so you can eat healthy, too!
The pan has a 5 layer construction:
1- Double Top Layer is a polished ceramic coating that is PFOA/PTFE free
2- Non-Stick Ceramic Coating Base Layer
3- Aluminum Core that provides thermal conductivity and even heat distribution
4- High Temp Exterior Coating
5- Stainless Steel Induction Base for fast heating and retains heat longer
I recently received the 5 piece Copper Chef™ set for review, which includes:
• 9½ Inch Square Pan
• Tempered Glass Lid
• Steam & Roast Rack
• Fry Basket
• Recipe Book
The pan itself is 4.5 quarts, so it is roomy enough for most cooking needs. From roasted chicken to apple pie, the recipe ideas are endless! The fry basket is easy to assemble and hooks on the edge of the pan to drain off excess oil.
Easily steam veggies with the steamer tray. It sits right in the bottom of the pan so it's easy in, easy out.
Stainless Steel Induction Plate is perfect for any cooking surface.
The set does come with a cookbook to help get you started, and my girls were really excited to try out the S'mores Cake they found in the pages. Not only was it a cinch to get all of the ingredients into the pan, the cake baked up so moist and delicious, we all had to go in for seconds.
The hollow handles are metal and do get hot, so be sure to use potholders when cooking on stove top and in the oven. The non-stick surface makes clean up a breeze. While I've only hand washed my pan, it is dishwasher safe.
The Copper Chef Cookware™ comes in several different sizes, 5, 6, and a 12 piece set. Additionally, there are optional accessories like this 9.5" frying pan and a 4 piece plastic utensil set.
I am thrilled that I can finally clear up some cabinet space since Copper Chef™ eliminates the need for all of the extra pots and pans I have laying around now. Anyone want to come help me spring clean my kitchen? There's a S'mores Cake in it for you if you do!

ReplyDeleteI am trying to purchase more copper chef pans and maybe pots if they are available. I have been on numerous websites that advertise copper chef but it seems that product was taken off the market or discontinued. It says nothing exists on this product. Now I know it exists because I have a pan and want to purchase more so please reply with some suggestions on where I can find more of the copper chef products. Thank you
Hi Paige. You can buy Copper Chef still in any of the links above :)
DeleteThe lagostina pots have various family unit employments. In some parts of the world, a clay pot is a critical kitchen utilize thing. Then again, the greater part of pot clients need them for moving plants to another point. They likewise sow seeds in the pots. More Information
ReplyDeleteDon't waste your money on these pans. they work for a few weeks, but after that you'll be using more and more oil to keep food from sticking. Eventually even the oil won't help. One of the worst kitchen utensils I ever bought.
ReplyDeleteThat's too bad you are having that experience! Can I ask if you hand wash them or put them in the dishwasher? I have never placed mine in the dishwasher, always hand washing, and haven't had any issues with sticking yet. I am just wondering if they'll still break down over time, even with the gentle cleaning method I use.
DeleteThank you for the tips
