Scooby Doo
Monsters of Halloween
Allison and my best friend's daughter. The costumes fit their personalities spot on. We have the insane Mad Hatter and bad ass Harley Quinn making a splash as they collect their Halloween candy. Oh, and isn't the bumble bee puppy the cutest thing ever!?
To those who celebrate, I'm wishing you a Happy and Safe Halloween!
Yayyyyy~ Happy Halloween!
ReplyDeleteHappy Halloween!
DeleteHappy Halloween, we do not celebrate but sounds fun--candies!!!!
ReplyDeleteHow could you go wrong with a holiday where it's ok to pig out on candies? ;)
DeleteOhhhhh.... today is Halloween isn't it? We just got back from Las Vegas so I lost all track of time. Wishing you Happy Halloween!!
ReplyDeleteHope you had a great trip Terry! Though, I think you did judging from your Facebook posts ;)
DeleteThe chihuahua steals the show! Did Allis bring any interesting sweets home? Anything bizarre? :)
ReplyDeleteHonestly, this was the first year that she didn't get anything weird and we went on 3 different days in 3 different towns. I was shocked!
Deletewait, what? Kids go bothering people around the town ,not just in their neighbourhood? Even uknown kids come-a-knocking? Oh, my, I think I'd lock myself up on that night :)
DeleteSure! As long as they have their porch light on, it means they are welcoming the trick or treaters. We only get about 15 kids a year on our court, but it seems that a lot of people drove over to our neighborhood this year for candy since I was out of 60 full sized candy bars by the end of the night. Kids that live on busy highways or out in farm country need somewhere to to trick or treat too, so we always welcome them to come to our neighborhood, as do most other neighborhoods.
Deletethat is nice about the farm kids.
DeleteTrick or treating would never succeed here, people are too poor, most wouldn't have money to buy their own kids candy bars (as those are expensive here) let alone for other kids. That did not, though, stop those nasty little pranksters (that threw an egg on my house last year) to cover up neighbour's fence with paper rolls... I swear I don't know where do they get the idea, nobody even knows it was Halloween here....
I think they'll be a lot of Harley Quinns this year
ReplyDeleteThere really were a ton! Though, this one was the cutest. I may be a bit biased though ;)
DeleteThe halloween nazi is in hippie heaven today. Enjoy all the kiddies at play.
ReplyDeleteHippie heaven I was totally in. So sad it's over now. Let the countdown begin to next year's Halloween month :)
DeleteGreat costumes! You are going to have one awesome Halloween.
ReplyDeleteHappy Halloween! Love the costumes! We didn't dress up this year, but I always enjoyed coming up with fun costumes.
ReplyDeleteHappy Halloween! The bumblebee puppy is just the cutest little thing.
ReplyDeleteHow fun! I love this holiday! I love Allison's outfit. She looks great!
ReplyDeleteMica's all excited about his Trump costume. My older sister was all against it. I think, "Whatever!" they're only young once. He's having fun with it. He's not a Trump lover.
I thought the Trump costume was hilarious! I couldn't get Allison to put it on at the costume shop, but thought both of the candidates heads were quite amusing!
DeleteLove those customes! So cute! And those paper maches are really amazing!
ReplyDeleteI'm lovin' that Mad Hatter costume. That's some serious talent in those statues. I, too, think Halloween is one of the best times of the year.
ReplyDeleteRe: Statues. Seriously!! I bet they have a blast doing it too. :)
DeleteRosey, I swear he starts on those months ahead of time. I saw him in his garage in early June putting them together. He'll do another set for Thanksgiving too, I believe. Last year was Wizard of Oz. I don't think I shared those pics on here though. I can't wait to see what else he has up his sleeve for this Thanksgiving!
DeleteGrrrrrreat outfits.
ReplyDeleteAre we doing Tony the Tiger impressions now, Blue?
DeleteThey look great and the little doggie is adorable! Happy Halloween!
ReplyDeleteI love to see all the kids in their costumes. We had about 100 kids come trick or treating last night.
ReplyDeleteWe had a ton here too. Normally we only get about 15 or so, but I went through 60 full sized candy bars before the night was over. It was crazy this year!
DeleteHappy (belated) Halloween !!!! All of the decorations are amazing. Love the girls costumes.
ReplyDeleteHappy day after Halloween! Hope ya'll had fun! My daughter, son and neighbor all walked around our small neighborhood, then the girls didn't feel like going anymore. My son and I walked over the neighboring neighborhood - they had a lot more trick-or-treaters than us. We only got 17 people at our house this year, which is extremely low. :( LOVE the girls costumes!!
ReplyDeleteI love the yard display you guys came up with! Being able to accurately incorporate the old school black and white film feel is so cool.
ReplyDeleteHappy Halloween! Love those costumes bit more importantly the memories you are making with your kids! Serious magic!
ReplyDeleteHappy Halloween! Looks like you had a great neighborhood. And the costumers are amazing!!!
ReplyDeleteI love their costumes! They look so good. I love Halloween. Hope yours is safe and wonderful!
ReplyDeleteThis was my first Halloween in almost 15 years that my kids didn't go out. They are teens now and said they are too big!
ReplyDeleteI hope you guys had a great Halloween!!!
ReplyDeleteLooks like you all had a great day.
