Nothing puts a damper on holiday cooking like a cluttered kitchen. The holidays are stressful enough, but when you have large meals to prepare for family and friends, simplicity is key to making it through with your sanity in tact. You all know that I am a HUGE fan of Copper Chef® cooking appliances, so when I heard about their newest product, the Wonder Cooker, I practically jumped up and down clapping my hands because I knew it was going to be my saving grace for feeding an army of people over the next few months.
The Wonder Cooker is one unit that offers 14 amazing cooking functions, making it a time and space saving wonder in the kitchen. My set included a roaster pan, grill pan, crisper pan, 2 fry baskets, and a glass lid with oil infuser. With so few pieces, I was blown away when I learned that the Wonder Cooker was going to replace 14 of my pots and pans because it functions as a:
• Deep Roaster
• Dutch Oven
• Stock Pan
• Shallow Roaster
• Dual Roaster
• Casserole Dish
• Deep Fryer
• Slow Cooker
• Steamer
• Electric Grill Pan
• Electric Skillet
• Chafing Dish
• Baking Dish
• Grill Pan
The Wonder Cooker is oven safe, up to 850 degrees, and is great for stove top cooking too. The stainless steel induction plates heat up rapidly from edge to edge for perfect, even cooking without hot spots.
The non-stick coating on the pan, which is PTFE and PFOA free, is designed with Advanced Cerami-Tech Non Stick Coating, so there's no need for extra butter or oil when cooking. It also makes clean up a breeze since there's no scrubbing or soaking required. The Wonder Cooker is dishwasher safe, but I always wash mine by hand since it requires hardly any effort on my part to get it clean, and it extends the life of the pan from not using abrasive dish cleaners.
This also comes with a recipe booklet, which has over 25 mouthwatering recipes to get you started. Because candy has been cheap this month, I stocked up on a bunch of peanut butter cups. When I saw the Peanut Butter S'mores Dip in the recipe booklet, I knew where some of that candy was immediately going: right into the casserole pan, then into my belly.
My husband usually likes to smoke pork loin, which tends to be an all day event. He's constantly running outside to check the temperature and add more charcoal and it just seems like it's more work than it's worth. So, I thought I'd give the pulled pork recipe a try in the roasting pan.
It did take me about 3 minutes of prep and about 6 hours in the oven, but not once did I have to run to the oven to check on it. It baked up so juicy and tender, falling right off the bone. I do have a set of heavy duty meat shredders to make easy work of making pulled pork, but after making it in the Wonder Cooker, I think just using two dinner forks to shred it would be easy enough. That's how tender it baked.
Shred it up, dump in some bbq sauce, and dinner is served with VERY LITTLE effort on your part.
Thanksgiving is in exactly one month from today, and I would highly recommend snapping up a Copper Chef® Wonder Cooker for a stress-free holiday meal. Put the turkey into the roasting pan, pop the grill pan on top covered with the glass lid for steaming your veggies, then quickly whip up your gravy in the roasting pan after your turkey has cooked through. One unit, 3 recipes knocked right out of the way. It doesn't get any easier than that!
Visit the Wonder Cooker website to learn more about all of its amazing features and to take a peek at some of the amazing recipes that will quickly become family favorites.
Are you hosting dinner for the holidays or do you get to relax as a guest this year?
That pan looks pretty great! It seems like it does a great job on pretty much everything you make in it!
ReplyDeleteSeriously, you can use it for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert and it will make beautiful meals every single time. I love it!
DeleteOMG with this and that fryer of yours you literally don't need stove anymore :)
ReplyDeleteIt's pretty too! Love the colour and the photos you did are amazingly set as always.
I won't even ask why one would need a bear claw in one's drawer LOL what a weird tool!
Don't you just love the color? I love me some copper colored cookware. The black and steel ones always start looking dingy after a few uses, but I don't have any issues with copper.
DeleteI hear copper ones are the best
ReplyDeleteI think copper is the way to go for cookware.
DeleteI love the color of it all! The food looks wonderful! I think I can smell it through the screen!
ReplyDeleteThanks Alissa! The color makes it look even more elegant, I agree!
DeleteWow, sounds like it does it all. But is it easy to clean?
ReplyDeleteI'll stick to being a guest, no one wants to eat anything I cook lol
Super easy to clean. I thought with all of that gooey marshmallow in the shallow dish I was going to be soaking for hours but it washed right out.
DeleteI'm happy you have it before holiday cooking starts. It looks like it did a great job with that pork, and with the Peanut Butter S'mores Dip.
ReplyDeleteYou and me both. It's going to save my sanity this holiday season, especially when we have birthdays to deal with on top of everything else. Anything that takes stress away from my life the next two months is a most welcome treat.
DeleteThis is going to go into my birthday wish list! What an amazing thing to have in the kitchen. So many different uses! Thank you for your review!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by! If your gift wish is fulfilled, I hope you love it as much as I do!
