Since my girls are no longer at the age of playing with toys, I've been kind of stumped as to what to buy my younger nieces and nephews for the holidays. I mean, I don't want to just wander the toy aisle and hope that I pick out something that may or may not be on the "cool list" this year. So, I did a little research (by that I mean I had my daughter ask her friends what's on their younger siblings holiday wish list) and it seems that Playfoam Pals is definitely on the "cool list" of toys to receive this year.
As a mom who lived through the slime faze (is that even still a thing?) I can totally get behind Playfoam Pals. The squishy squashy Playfoam is fun to shape and mold without making a mess or leaving behind any kind of sticky residue, and it never dries out so it can be played with again and again. Playfoam encourages creativity and self expression, and is great for tactile and sensory learning.
If the foam itself isn't enough, the adorable little pet hidden inside each Playfoam Pals container makes it that much better.
There are many different Playfoam Pals for your child to collect. While it's meant to be a surprise what you find inside of your container, mine did state what the contents were on the bottom.
Playfoam Pals, from Educational Insights, will provide hours of creativity and entertainment. If you're stumped on what to get the kids in the age range of 5-10, you can't go wrong here. Playfoam Pals make a great stocking stuffer too!
WIN IT!

Are we supposed to believe you bought this for your nephew and not for yourself? Face it, missy, it has a bulldog inside, it has your name written all over it :))
ReplyDeleteLove the nail polish, by the way :)
I thought about keeping it for myself, but Allison snapped it up. She's good at taking all the fun things ;)
DeleteI am about out of that polish, so I use it sparingly. They discontinued the shade :(
Avon still has it :) and all kinds of sparkly glittzy ones too :)
DeleteI'm picky on polish brands, usually opting for OPI because it dries quick and doesn't chip right away. I may check out Avon though once this bottle is gone and withdrawal sets in.
DeleteNever even knew they were a thing that I can recall. Sounds way better than the slimey stuff, blah. Never a fan of that. And a little animal to boot. Sure would be a winner.
ReplyDeleteI am so glad Allison is off of the slime bandwagon. This Playfoam is so much better!
DeleteI bet my nieces already have some or want some.
ReplyDeleteThey are the perfect ages for it!
